You work closely with young people, as well as with decision-makers, civil servants, and other collaboration partners who want to develop their work with youth engagement. About the Project Youth Hub Värmland is a development project where Youth 2030 Movement, together with Region Värmland and other regional and local actors, explores how the public sector can become better at including young people in decisions and societal development. We're convinced that Sweden needs a shift in power – that democracy becomes larger and stronger when young people have more influence over societal development. We have our sights set on 2030. Until then, we're fighting for a lowered voting age and to change how decision-makers in municipalities, regions, and authorities view young people. We do this by challenging, supporting, and contributing new working methods, analyses, and proven methods for inclusion. We won't stop until every young person in Sweden has the power to influence society and their own lives. Together, we break down barriers between young people and power. This includes, among other things: Planning, coordinating, and implementing activities and smaller initiatives. Handling practical aspects before, during, and after activities. Documenting completed activities and contributing to follow-up on results, impact, and lessons learned.
