About the role As a Service and Parts Advisor, you hold a central position in our customers' overall experience. You are the link between customer, workshop, and parts warehouse, ensuring that each matter is handled professionally, efficiently, and with a high level of service. Your responsibilities include: Booking and scheduling service and repair work Customer reception and advice regarding service and repair needs Ordering spare parts and accessories Goods receipt, unpacking, and handling of incoming and outgoing goods Sale of spare parts and accessories (retail and wholesale) Registry maintenance, administration, invoicing, and follow-up You work in a dynamic environment where days vary and where collaboration, structure, and customer satisfaction are in focus. What we're looking for To succeed in this role, we see that you: Have experience from a similar role in an authorized workshop, service, or parts department Are service-minded, communicative, and enjoy customer contact Have good administrative skills and can plan, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Have technical interest and problem-solving skills Have good computer skills and express yourself well in speech and writing Experience with BMW systems as well as Cabas and Kobra is advantageous. Class B driver's license is required, and a forklift license is advantageous. We place great emphasis on your attitude and willingness to develop with us.
