Description The northern rector's district in Rättvik Municipality consists of three units: Furudal, Boda and Ingels schools. Together, the schools have students from preschool class to grade 9, and all schools also have after-school care. Currently we have approximately 180 students in the rector's district and we have 35 employees. In the current organization, the position is distributed across all three schools. Job Description As a rector's assistant, you are the rector's support in many different administrative tasks - the hub for rectors, staff, students and guardians. You will handle student and personnel registration, invoice management, substitute ordering, telephone calls, orders, filing, mail handling, statistical reporting and many more tasks within primary school. Qualifications We are looking for someone with relevant higher education for the position, similar education or experience that the employer considers equivalent. You should also have good digital skills as the work involves digital systems for efficient task management. It is an advantage if you have experience with systems such as Unikum, Edlevo, Evolution, Heroma and Microsoft. It is also an advantage if you have work experience in the school world. In the role of rector's assistant, you are the central hub in our operations. To thrive in the role, we see that you are an outgoing, social person who works well in collaboration, and that you are calm and accommodating in your work role. You enjoy working closely with children and young people and are a good role model and leader for them. As a person, you are organized, quality-conscious and have a holistic perspective. As documentation and communication are a large part of the position, you need to have good command of Swedish in both speech and writing. Since you will be working at three different schools, you need to have a driver's license.
