Learn more at www.flodinsfilter.se Your Role As Technical Manager Engineer, you'll have a central role in a successful specialist company where technical development is a key competitive factor. You're responsible for developing and further developing products and production processes, and for translating customer needs into sustainable and competitive technical solutions. The role encompasses the entire chain – from customer dialogue and technical calculations to documentation, testing methods, and development of production technology. You work closely with customers, suppliers, and various functions within the company, and become an important link between customer needs and the finished product. You report to the CEO and are part of the management group – this is a key role with no personnel management responsibilities. We're Looking for You If You have a technical college or engineering degree and several years of experience from manufacturing industry. You have worked close to production, product development, or process development, and enjoy collaborating internally with customers and suppliers. Experience from manufacturing industry.
