We work calmly and methodically, with each participant having their own individualized schedule based on their wishes, needs, and interests. We meet our participants according to their daily condition to create security, clarity, and predictability. Work is based on implementation plans, action plans, and individual schedules for participants. Documentation occurs daily through social documentation in Treserva and medical documentation via sign-off sheets. We collaborate continuously with external stakeholders such as nurses, guardians, and other important people in the participants' networks. Qualifications For the position of support educator, post-secondary specialization in the disability field is required, comprising at least 200 vocational credits, 120 college credits, or a combination thereof equivalent to at least four full-time semesters of study.
