ABOUT THE POSITION As a controller at Hyresbostäder, you have a central role in the company's financial management and development. You create the conditions for well-founded decisions, contribute to a long-term sustainable operation, and help the company reach its goals through efficient resource utilization. You work closely with the operations team on budgets, forecasts, financial follow-up, calculations, and other decision-making materials. An important part of the role is to transform data into insights and help the operations team understand both the current situation and future opportunities and challenges. The role involves many contact points and you are expected to both support the operations team and challenge it when needed. You contribute to good financial management while helping the operations team make well-balanced decisions.
