If it is from the child and leisure program, we consider that a merit. You have previous experience working as a student assistant with students aged 6-12 years, and you have at least two years of work experience including work with children and youth. It is a requirement that you have insight and knowledge of the school's governing documents and the ability to apply them in daily work.
