Job Description Work as an education administrator involves broad administrative support to the education area. The assignment includes system administration, case management, meeting scheduling, protocol writing, record-keeping, archiving, and various planning and preparation tasks. The role has an important function in creating structure, order, and conditions for the education area to function effectively. The work takes place in close cooperation with managers, trainers, and other relevant functions. In addition to administrative tasks, the role also includes significant responsibility for planning and scheduling the education area. The assignment also includes administrative and coordinating work tasks related to systematic fire safety work (SBA), including documentation, follow-up, and coordination of activities in this area. The work requires a high degree of independence where you are expected to plan, prioritize, and drive your work tasks forward.
