About the role You lead and develop a team of claims adjusters within Motor Claims South. In your role, you drive the daily operations and contribute to business development. You work toward set goals, participate in improvement initiatives, and implement new working methods. As a group manager with us, you work closely with both employees and daily operations. You are a present leader who supports the team, ensures smooth processes, and drives development forward. Through your commitment, you create a work environment where employees thrive, develop, and together achieve set goals. We are in an exciting phase where we develop, automate, and streamline operations, which requires close collaboration with other functions. You are part of the operational management team for Motor Claims and are expected to contribute with both strategic thinking and operational execution. Your main responsibilities include: Lead and develop the motor claims department's operations with focus on high service and efficiency Develop and improve routines with focus on employees and processes Actively contribute to Dina Försäkringar's growth targets and participate in cross-functional projects. Qualifications: Experience in a managerial role with personnel responsibility, for example within insurance, sales, or similar areas where customer-facing work and investigation have been central Experience with change management Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Experience in insurance and claims handling Personal qualities: Humanistic and attentive leadership style – you believe in the team's strength and development Results-oriented and structured with strong customer focus Forward-thinking and solution-oriented with a positive attitude High integrity and a moral compass that permeates your work What we offer With us, you will grow.
