About the role of Support Assistant
As a support assistant, you will work to provide individually tailored support to people with functional variations, with the goal of promoting their independence and well-being in everyday life. You will support the residents in their daily routines and activities, based on their needs and abilities, and always use their personal implementation plan as your starting point.
We work with a salutogenic and pedagogical approach, where we start from each individual's unique strengths and resources. The goal is for residents to achieve as much independence as possible and be able to live a meaningful life with high quality of life. As a support assistant, you work based on clarifying pedagogy and low-affect interaction to create security and predictability in the residents' everyday lives. At the same time, we have a strong focus on working professionally and efficiently within the operation's resources and budget.
Qualifications
You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive way, and enjoy working together with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Requirements:
Very good ability in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills, experience with documentation.
Experience working in healthcare and care services.
Secondary education such as child and leisure program, healthcare and care program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or higher education in a relevant field.
Meritorious if you also have:
Experience in psychiatry, AAC, and low-affect interaction.
Worked with complex support needs.

Employment type: Temporary position Degree of employment: 75% Work hours: Day, evening, weekend, and on-call sleeping shifts Start date: By agreement, we view favorably if you can start soon. Collective agreement: We are bound by collective agreement with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Sector E.

About the recruitment process
