Medical Platoon Commander for 31st Air Base Battalion at Helicopter Squadron

The main task is to care for the injured throughout the air base area and to perform preventive medical measures at the base. Main Responsibilities As medical platoon commander, you are responsible in daily service for leading the platoon's operations and ensuring that personnel maintain and develop competence in both medical care and general soldier skills at both individual and group level. To assist you, you have the platoon's doctor and nurses who support with medical expertise. During exercises and operations, your task is to lead the establishment of the medical station and the platoon's daily routine service. In addition, you should support the company and battalion with leadership of defense medicine at the base, which includes prioritizing how personnel and equipment are used to maximize medical capability. This requires that you have a high ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously as the platoon operates both stationary and mobile with various tasks around the clock. Job Description As a group manager for coordinated staffing planning, you will together with another group manager lead a team of personnel planners who work with short- and long-term staffing planning, primarily for correctional officers for core operations within Region West.
