Around 55 employees work here, including six district physicians, seven ST-physicians, AT-physicians, and associate physician locums. The health center is well-equipped and has a psychosocial team with social workers, a psychologist, and a rehabilitation coordinator available to support sick leave matters. We also have a diabetes nurse and asthma/COPD nurses with their own clinics, and a team of physiotherapists. Child health clinics and maternity clinics operate well. Additionally, the health center is responsible for physician services at a special residence with 80 beds and for home care services with approximately 70 registered patients. Job Duties As an associate physician with us, you will receive a varied, developmental, broad, and educational assignment. After an introduction period, you will have your own clinic with both scheduled and acute patient visits—always with close support from experienced colleagues. You will receive regular supervision and the opportunity for medical discussions and consultations to support your professional development. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has completed medical training and is assessed by the National Board of Health and Welfare as an associate physician with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability with good ability to collaborate, good communication skills, and willingness to develop.
