We are now recruiting several support assistants at Nytida Astagården. Astagården is located in a very scenic environment 3.5 km north of Kungsbacka, surrounded by a large beautiful garden. The residential facility is divided into two units: an LSS residence with six apartments and a SOL residence with 18 apartments. Astagården serves adults with mental health disabilities. It takes 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bus to reach the town center. • You will have a coordinator close by who dedicates part of their time to working in the operations. Together with other team members, you will work toward making each day meaningful and fulfilling. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Your Experience and Knowledge We believe that you who apply to us: • have a positive outlook and a strong commitment to people • are conscientious and have personal maturity • enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues You have at least upper secondary education in health and care or equivalent education. It is a merit if you have experience working with this target group. You have good computer skills and experience with documentation. Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing is required, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
