About the unit MUST's logistics function is organized in MUST Staff directly under the MUST Chief of Staff. MUST Staff supports C MUST and coordinates operations so that C MUST can effectively exercise its functional and operational responsibility both within the Swedish Armed Forces and within total defense. Main duties Your role as MUST Logistics Chief involves leading MUST production planning and supporting C MUST in their role as Material Area Responsible Chief, MOAC. MUST develops and produces its own material systems but is also a user of material systems where MOAC exists in other parts of the Swedish Armed Forces. This means you need to have a good understanding of the Swedish Armed Forces' material supply process. MUST's supply process is both growing and changing. This means that the work tasks may develop and change over time, and with your employment, you will be responsible for organizing MUST's logistics function. As Logistics Chief, you have personnel responsibility and lead your unit in daily operations. You are also responsible for developing and implementing processes related to material supply, lifecycle management, and asset management. Furthermore, you handle deviations from the Swedish Armed Forces' ordinary production processes that are required due to MUST's specific operations. Qualifications Logistics officer position, OF4. Several years of service within the Swedish Armed Forces' logistics function. Meritorious Good knowledge of the Swedish Armed Forces' production process and particularly the material supply process. Previous experience implementing processes and conducting change management in operations. Knowledge of relevant management support systems for production planning and material accounting, such as IOR FM, LIFT, PRIO. Experience working at higher staff level. Who are you?
