Your main duties include: - Plan, implement, and follow up individually tailored interventions based on residents' needs and goals in their implementation plans. - Lead operational meetings. Use and implement pedagogical methods, such as clarifying pedagogy and AAC, to promote participation and independence. - Guide, motivate, and support colleagues in using these methods and approaches. - Document interventions and follow up on individual goals in the Treserva system. - Work with low-arousal approaches and find solutions to prevent and manage challenging behaviors while following LSS legislation. - Collaborate with family members, colleagues, and other stakeholders regarding the individual's needs. - The position involves day, evening, and weekend shifts. Qualifications In your role, you are a support and guide for each individual employee and the work team. You guide the work team based on the operation's needs and methods by being present in the direct activities. To do this, you need a motivating and pedagogical approach and an ability to easily share your knowledge. We're looking for you who have work experience with this target group. You have actively worked as a support assistant or support educator within LSS. You should have broad knowledge and experience of working with people with autism and various functional variations. You need to be well versed in LSS legislation. You should have knowledge and experience of low-arousal approaches and clarifying pedagogy. Additionally, knowledge of alternative and augmentative communication (AAC), and be confident in social documentation as well as in establishing and following up implementation plans. You have good computer skills. We're looking for you who are secure and stable in your professional role. Operations Manager for Authority and Specialist Support

About the Workplace Social Services in Ale has adapted its organization to meet future challenges such as new legislation, transition to quality care delivered locally, and addressing skills shortages. The Authority and Specialist Support operational area has consolidated units that work horizontally in the organization and is tasked with optimizing processes in shared issues equitably across all social services target groups, both internally and externally. This change was implemented four years ago and has met its objectives well. As an operations manager, you will be the direct manager of five unit managers. The units included are: the Assistance Unit, the Nursing Unit, the Rehabilitation Unit, Management Support and Development, the Administrative Unit, and the Staffing Planning Unit.
