Qualifications In your role, you are a support and guide for each individual employee and the work team. To do this, you need a motivating and pedagogical approach and an ability to easily share your knowledge. We're looking for you who have work experience with this target group. You have actively worked as a support assistant or support educator within LSS. You should have broad knowledge and experience of working with people with autism and various functional variations. You need to be well versed in LSS legislation. You should have knowledge and experience of low-arousal approaches and clarifying pedagogy. Additionally, knowledge of alternative and augmentative communication (AAC), and be confident in social documentation as well as in establishing and following up implementation plans. Operations Manager for Authority and Specialist Support
