We are now seeking a nurse who wants to become part of our competent and dedicated team within municipal primary care for night shift work. About the Workplace This position is a temporary assignment from September 1 through December 31, 2026. Your future colleagues consist of approximately 36 dedicated employees who are passionate about providing safe, secure, and person-centered care to patients enrolled in municipal primary care. We are also supported by and work closely with a reliable and experienced group of part-time nurses. Job Responsibilities As a nurse, you have a central role in the municipal health and medical care mission. The work involves both independent responsibility and close teamwork. You meet patients with varying needs and health conditions, which provides varied work and the opportunity to develop broad competence. The position is for night shift work, involving home visits or delegated tasks to care staff. You will work alongside one other nurse in close collaboration with the night patrol. Units have fixed rotating schedules over 5 weeks with a service level of 81.55%. Your responsibilities include: Lead and manage medical work Make independent assessments and plan healthcare interventions Prescribe assistive devices according to assignment Collaborate with internal and external partners Document and handle deviations, and contribute to quality improvement Supervise, delegate to, and train care staff Identify and prevent risks in care Assess patients' needs and work in a person-centered manner With us, you get meaningful work where your competence makes a difference, alongside colleagues who support each other and develop care together. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse and thrives in a role combining independent responsibility with teamwork. You are confident in your professional role, organized in your work, and have a professional and attentive manner. We also see that you are independent, flexible, and solution-focused with good communication skills. Personal suitability is given great weight. A driver's license (Class B) is required.
