To our operations and maintenance assignment at this customer in Tuve, we are now seeking an energetic and committed Evening Team Lead in production and office cleaning and process cleaning. About the role Our delivery to the customer includes a broad range of ISS Facility Services within facilities management, workplace services and technical services. Your area of responsibility lies within facilities management. As a Team Lead, you work closely with your customer and your employees. You need to have a strong customer focus and good service awareness as you handle the customer's feedback and requests and actively work with upselling and quality assurance. You have an important role in introducing new employees to the profession and continuously ensuring that correct cleaning methods are used. You need to have a good ability to plan, prioritize, lead and follow up on daily work. Other tasks included in the role include absence reporting, substitute planning and material handling. The position is varied and includes both leadership and operational work. You are responsible for leading and distributing work within the team and ensuring that operations deliver according to customer expectations. You are also expected to be able to cover for staff absences by performing cleaning and waste management tasks yourself. This is a permanent position with an initial 6-month probationary period starting September 1st. The position is full-time and performed Monday-Friday 15:45-00:45. You will also need to be able to work certain Saturdays. Who are we looking for? At ISS Facility Services, we seek individuals before titles. You have good IT skills, experience working administratively in various systems, you handle the office package – especially Excel – and communicate fluently in Swedish - both spoken and written. A B-license and forklift license are required as the work tasks include operating forklifts, tractor-trailers and other vehicles used within the factory area. You are a responsible and service-oriented person who likes to work towards the goal of "satisfied customer" in order to maintain good and long-term business relationships. You are not afraid to take own initiatives and have the ability to independently drive projects and improvement work. You have natural leadership qualities, good social skills, a talent for delivering world-class service and are a good ambassador for ISS Facility Services. You have an eye for both details and the big picture. You are communicative and enjoy close collaboration with customer and employees. You are practically minded and have the ability to work proactively rather than reactively.
