If so, this Traffic Manager position might be your next career step. About the Business DFDS Logistics Services AB is a trucking company within DFDS with operations in Gothenburg and Karlshamn. The majority of our business is based in Gothenburg, where we focus on vehicle logistics—both inbound and outbound flows. In Gothenburg, we operate approximately 160 trucks and around 300 drivers. Over recent years, our Gothenburg operations have grown through company acquisitions, and we are now in a phase focused on consolidating the business through standardization and digitalization. About the Position As Traffic Manager, you will drive and develop operations toward ambitious targets and KPIs. You are responsible for day-to-day operations through traffic planners, supported by KPI and DCP tools. You will ensure close monitoring of productivity, quality, economics, and efficient resource utilization. Operations are planned both short and long term, and continuous improvement is part of your daily work. As a leader, you coach your team and supporting functions in a visible, clear, and trust-building manner. You report to the General Manager and are part of the management team at DFDS Logistics Services AB. Key Responsibilities: • Optimize operations toward ambitious targets and KPIs • Personnel responsibility and follow-up • Customer dialogue and customer meetings • In-depth knowledge of contracts and workflows • KPI reporting • Transport bookings • Approval of supplier and customer invoices and time tracking • Health and safety, quality, and security responsibility We Believe You Have: • Several years of experience in a leadership position within Logistics/Transport • Experience leading and coaching teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Valid driver's license (Category B) • Computer proficiency Your Profile To succeed in this role, we believe you are experienced in customer dialogue and understand the importance of building long-term relationships.
