Project Manager/Recruiter 100% or 50%
Eventpersonal.se is a service for recruiting staff for all types of events. We recruit information officers, hostesses, demonstrators, samplers, sales representatives, and production managers, etc. Our largest clients are Stockholm Mässan and Kista Mässan, which we staff on a daily basis. We are now looking for a project manager as we need reinforcement in the office. As a project manager, you will handle everything from receiving a personnel request from a customer, sending out inquiries to our personnel pool, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and booking staff. In addition to this, we are often on-site at our events to ensure that everyone is on time and knows their tasks. With us, it is essential that you really enjoy being social and are a people person, as you will have daily contact with both staff and clients. We are a small team in the office handling a lot of personnel, so it requires that you are very thorough and organized. We have some intensive periods where events "run consecutively," so it is required that you can handle stress. During the less intensive periods, it is required that you can engage in tasks that can facilitate things for us before the next intensive period. We work both from the office on Kungsholmen, at client sites, and from home. There is a lot of "freedom with responsibility" but it requires that you are a "phone person" and always have your mobile at hand. The mobile phone is our primary work tool and we are expected to be available when our staff is working at an event. Working hours are "flexible" as we sometimes need to be on-site at our trade shows on holidays and we make up for this with time off on weekdays. Since we have both Swedish and international clients, it is required that you are fluent in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing. You need to feel confident in the role of "leader" as you will often need to gather staff, conduct briefings, and get the event started well on-site. If you have previous experience in events/trade shows/personnel/service, it is an asset. We are open to you working either full-time or part-time. Start: We would like you to be able to start as soon as possible to get into the role before autumn's event season begins. Salary: (according to agreement) To apply for this position, do the following: 1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Kontor 2026" 2. Write when you can earliest start working and if you have any dates you cannot work. 3. Write briefly why you would be suitable for this position (and attach a CV if you have one ready. Skip the CV otherwise as we prefer quick responses) 4. Write your salary expectations (monthly salary) 5. Write your current mobile number so we can easily reach you 6. Send a photo so we can more easily remember who is who. I will get back to those who become relevant for an interview. Apply directly as we are filling the position as soon as possible

Why Omnitas: At Omnitas you get the opportunity to work on some of the market's most interesting digitalization projects together with experienced colleagues and customers who want to develop their businesses. Software Engineer, Customer Service Experience
General Description of the Role We are looking for a Frontend/Fullstack Software Engineer (frontend-heavy) to join our Customer Service Experience (CSX) team. CSX builds and operates the internal back-office tools that customer support and fraud prevention agents rely on every day to keep our marketplaces safe and efficient. You will work in an autonomous product team where your contributions have direct, visible impact. The team owns the full stack - from the React/TypeScript frontend built on our shared WARP design system (warp-ds.github.io/docs/), to the Kotlin backend powered by CQRS event sourcing and domain-driven design. We are in the process of expanding CSX into the central hub for all back-office UI and workflows across the organization, which means there is significant room to shape both the product and the technical direction. This is a hands-on engineering role in a team that values pragmatism, ownership, and shipping over process. You will collaborate closely with your Engineering Manager, Product Manager, Designer, and Engineering peers, with a short feedback loop from ideation to production. Main Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain user-facing features in the CSX domain - Including our React/TypeScript frontend as well as any other user interface solutions we deliver Ensuring a polished and efficient experience for our internal users Contribute to the Kotlin backend - building APIs, integrating with downstream services, and evolving our event-sourced architecture Take ownership of features end-to-end: from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring Collaborate with Product and Design to translate user needs into well-crafted solutions, using the WARP design system (warp-ds.github.io/docs/) as the foundation Improve developer experience, tooling, and code quality within the team Participate in on-call rotations and incident response for the services we own Contribute to the team's strategic evolution as CSX grows its scope to cover more back-office domains (moderation tools, claims handling, compliance workflows) Relevant Qualifications & Experiences Solid experience with modern frontend development: React, TypeScript, and component-based architectures Experience with backend development or willingness to learn Comfortable working across the full stack - you do not need to be an expert in everything, but you are curious and willing to go where the problem is Familiarity with modern development practices: CI/CD, automated testing, code review, trunk-based development Experience building internal tools or back-office applications Experience with design systems Personal Attributes Self-driven and comfortable with autonomy - you thrive in a small team where you own your work and make decisions Pragmatic problem solver who favors shipping over perfection, while maintaining quality where it matters Collaborative and communicative - you share context, ask for help, and give constructive feedback Curious about the domain and the users - you want to understand the "why" behind what you build Comfortable with ambiguity and change - CSX is evolving, and you see that as an opportunity rather than a risk Solution-oriented mindset - you think in terms of user outcomes, not specific technologies. While the current stack is React/TypeScript, you recognize that the best interface for a workflow might be a traditional UI, an AI agent, a CLI tool, or something entirely new Forward-leaning and eager to adopt new technologies - We always strive to raise the bar of what small teams can deliver and to solve our problems in the most efficient way possible. GOT YOUR ATTENTION? Apply now! We will review applications continuously as they come in. The deadline for this role is 30th August 2026 A few words from Engineering Manager, Alexander Thorén: "CSX is a highly specialized and fast-moving team, leveraging the bleeding edge of technology to deliver efficient workflows for our customer-service agents and internal users. Since our user base consists of our direct colleagues, we are able to stay highly innovative in how we deliver solutions. We have full control of our product and enjoy the trust from our users to ensure their work is as fast and efficient as possible. It's quite an exhilarating experience going from an idea to a full-fledged product feature within a day!" QUESTIONS? Alexander Thorén, Senior Engineering Manager, is happy to tell you more about the daily work and answer any questions you may have via LinkedIn / [email protected] At Vend, our mission is simple: Smart choices made easy. We're here to make sustainable living effortless through seamless digital experiences. We help our customers and clients increase their sales efficiently in terms of time and cost, and reach their short- and long-term goals. By thinking strategically, planning tactically, and working operatively, we have developed flexible, customer-unique nationwide services within sales and competency provision at central, regional, and local levels. At Instore Business AB, we continuously receive exciting new assignments and projects from our customers. For these time-limited assignments, we are continuously recruiting new field sales representatives within grocery retail and service retail throughout Sweden. The assignments vary greatly in character and purpose, for example product launches, campaigns, category or distribution projects. They also vary greatly in duration – ranging from one week to six months, but regardless of the length of the assignment, the scope of the position is always full-time during the contracted period. For the next distribution project in the pharmacy market, we are looking for: Field Sales Representative, Stockholm District Your Role As a field sales representative for Instore Business AB, you always represent the current client and their brands in stores. In this particular assignment, our customer and client is Sundmed. You are the client's ambassador in the field. Your assignment is time and results determined, and the purpose, goals, and expectations for store visits are clear. Sundmed is a Swedish medical technology company and is a reseller of Omron on the Swedish market. You plan and conduct your visits in the assigned district – to meet the timelines and achieve results. Your commitment and personality form the foundation for good relationships between you, the pharmacies, and the client and their brands. The assignment includes full-time work Monday–Friday, starting Thursday, October 1–26. The assignment and employment are expected to run until October 28–26. You will work with a premium brand within the medical technology self-care category. The assignment is to visit a number of predetermined pharmacies to ensure that Omron's products have their designated places on pharmacy shelves, in order to increase the distribution, visibility, and sales of Sundmed's Omron products. Your Background For this particular assignment, you can absolutely be at the beginning of your career and curious about the field sales role, or you may have worked as a field sales representative before but want to develop by, for example, trying another industry. We take it for granted that you enjoy service and sales, and that you have some experience in sales and/or service. It is certainly a merit if you have previously worked in healthcare or pharmacy. It is a requirement and a prerequisite to have a driver's license (category B) to take on a position like this. As a person, you are outgoing and you like to make new contacts. You enjoy order and organization, and you have the ability to structure and plan your time and work tasks. You feel confident and comfortable sometimes helping the customer make decisions. You will also have an educational role, as there can sometimes be some uncertainty about how to sell/talk about these products in pharmacies. We Offer The employment begins with an introduction in Stockholm where you will get to know us at Instore Business and the company and the products you will represent. Throughout the assignment, you will receive coaching from the project's responsible sales manager. We go through the current assignment's character, purpose, and goals. You will also be equipped with all the tools needed to carry out the assignment in the best possible way, such as: Company car, iPad with sales support and reporting system, and sales and marketing materials.
