Your Role:
As an HR specialist in labor law, you have overall responsibility for the company's union negotiations and act as strategic and operational support in complex matters. Through close and business-oriented collaboration with the organization's leaders, you ensure that processes move forward and act as a proactive partner in all parts of the business – from head office to daily operations.
Your responsibilities include:
Educate, coach, and equip managers in labor law to give them confidence and the right tools in their leadership.
Initiate, drive, and participate in national development projects that contribute to raising the quality and efficiency of HR work.
Ensure HR compliance through strategic risk assessments, clear communication, and ongoing follow-up.
Maintain close contact and ongoing alignment with international departments in Germany.
Work close to operations and proactively support regions, stores, and distribution centers.
You will be part of a dedicated team within labor law, work environment, and HR compliance and report to the Head of Employment Law & HR Compliance.
Your Profile:
To succeed in the role of HR specialist in labor law, you are a trustworthy relationship builder with high ambitions and strong business acumen. You have natural problem-solving skills, thrive with many contact points, and have the ability to explain complex issues in a pedagogical and business-oriented way.
We are looking for someone who has:
Several years of experience in qualified HR work.
Expertise in labor law, which makes you confident in both the theoretical and practical application of collective agreements as well as in leading union negotiations.
Experience acting as a strategic advisor and support to managers and leaders at various levels in the organization.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious:
Academic degree in HR, law, or equivalent.
Experience in HR work within retail or grocery retail.
Experience working in a larger, matrix-organized, or international organization.
Experience in change management and organizational changes.
Experience with collective agreements within the retail sector or similar industry.
Familiarity with Google Workspace.
Experience in HR compliance.
