More information: sebgroup.com About the Role As a customer service representative, you will be part of a team delivering high-quality service to SEB Kort's customers. Your main responsibilities: - Provide support via phone and email - Answer questions about invoices, transactions, complaints, credits, and interest rates - Guide customers through SEB's digital services (website and app) - Ensure high quality and the best possible customer experience in every interaction What We're Looking For You have a strong service focus, are goal-oriented, and enjoy working in a team. You are responsible, professional in your interactions, and like to develop yourself. You are also technically curious and comfortable guiding customers through digital services.
