Your main tasks will be: Keep track of and order spare parts, product samples, office supplies, shopping bags, coffee, candy, etc. Ensure that the store and warehouse are organized Receive and handle deliveries Sort and notify incoming goods to the right sales person Handle info emails: manage simple customer matters and order confirmations Take care of simple customer service questions by phone Work hours 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Who are we looking for?
