About the Role We're looking for someone who masters all aspects of hairstyling and thrives with varied work days. Your main areas of responsibility include: Craftsmanship: Cutting, color treatment, and styling with the highest quality. Customer Experience: Professional service, personalized attention, and consultation. Sales: Selling hair care products and guiding customers through our web shop. Teamwork: Mentoring junior stylists and apprentices, and keeping the salon clean, welcoming, and organized. Creative Projects: Regular work with social media (especially Instagram), photo shoots, and planning events and campaigns. Your Profile Experienced and skilled: You know your craft inside and out and constantly strive to develop. Service-oriented: You have a genuine passion for hair and people and always deliver an amazing customer experience. Team player with initiative: You're comfortable working independently within clear structures, but you're also ready to roll up your sleeves for shared goals. Positive and curious: You contribute to the positive atmosphere in the salon, aren't afraid to step outside your comfort zone, and are happy to take on your own areas of responsibility.
