Qualifications We are looking for someone with technical operations education in real estate from a vocational college, or alternatively other education that we consider equivalent. You have experience working with the operation and supervision of properties and facilities as well as performing maintenance and repairs. A Class B driver's license is required. It is advantageous if you also have experience with supervision and maintenance as well as troubleshooting of other facility technical installations such as electrical, controls, fire, and plumbing systems. If you have participated in construction projects and have knowledge of facility installations, that is also an advantage.
