About the Operation Home Care Services in Mellerud operates primarily from a central location in Mellerud. There is also a work team operating from Skållerud. Group leaders and planners are present daily at the central location in Mellerud to plan the day's work. Planning varies from day to day, with great emphasis placed on continuity with our clients. Within the operation, there are three unit managers who work closely together to ensure unified home care services. We are now recruiting 3 nursing assistants who want to join our team! Job Duties As a nursing assistant in home care, you will perform various services that have been assessed for eligibility for support. The tasks are varied and include various health and medical assignments, assistance with hygiene, cleaning, shopping, social time, and accompaniment. The position includes receiving and performing delegated health and medical tasks according to applicable guidelines. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant or have education that the employer considers equivalent. Furthermore, we seek positive individuals who enjoy challenges, are flexible, and are passionate about helping people in their daily lives. It is very important that you function well in both team work and independent work. In home care, you work largely independently at clients' homes and will need to make your own decisions, but there are always colleagues you can call and consult with. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. You must have a B driving license as you will have both car and walking routes. You must be able to express yourself well both verbally and in writing.
