Frostviksskolan in Gäddede is seeking a substitute teacher in after-school care / resource for a position with the possibility of extension.
Frostvik's principal's area is located in the northwestern, mountain-adjacent part of Strömsunds Municipality, and from Gäddede it is 13.5 miles to the municipality's largest town, Strömsund. Frostviksskolan has approximately 60 students and 18 employees. The school consists of two units, one with after-school care and the other with grades F-9.

JOB DUTIES
The work involves independently and together with the work team planning, implementing, and evaluating pedagogical work. Values-based work permeates our entire operation and is naturally integrated before and after the school day.
As a teacher in the after-school care program, you are expected to actively collaborate to create a sense of community where staff, students, and parents feel shared responsibility for the school's environment, well-being, and development. Cooperation with parents and collaboration with other staff is an important part of the work. Staff are with students during outdoor time and should be actively present with the students.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking someone who is a certified teacher in after-school care or a recreation pedagogue.
It is meritorious if you:
• have experience working in primary school or experience working with children
• are confident in a leadership role and have the ability to build good relationships
• have a relational approach and see each student's unique needs
• are flexible, collaborative, and solution-focused
• have basic IT skills
Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
