Your Day-to-Day Work – Technical Operations in a Security-Classified Environment Region East's operations are conducted in Stockholm and Gotland County, and this position is located in the Central Stockholm operations district. The Central Stockholm Operations Team is currently being established and we need several skilled employees to maintain good operations, supervision, and maintenance as well as corrective maintenance. You will independently work with the operation and maintenance of our real estate portfolio. This involves participating in supervision and maintenance as well as preventive maintenance primarily of technical installations in buildings and associated infrastructure. The operations technician role is broad and you will come into contact with all types of facility systems and have ongoing contact with customers and suppliers. Operations planning takes place in Faciliate. Qualifications We are looking for someone with technical operations education in real estate from a vocational college, or alternatively other education that we consider equivalent. You have experience working with the operation and supervision of properties and facilities as well as performing maintenance and repairs. A Class B driver's license is required. It is advantageous if you also have experience with supervision and maintenance as well as troubleshooting of other facility technical installations such as electrical, controls, fire, and plumbing systems. If you have participated in construction projects and have knowledge of facility installations, that is also an advantage. We also view favorably if you have previous experience in security-classified operations. Personal Qualities We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
