About the Position As a treatment worker, you play an important role in young people's daily development work. We are particularly looking for someone with experience in treatment work with young people and knowledge of structured treatment and change methods. Experience with, for example, Ett Nytt Vägval, Repulse, FIT, MI, ESTER, or similar methods is an asset. We are Looking for You If You Have documented experience in treatment work with young people in HVB, social work, or other relevant treatment activities. Have the ability to create and maintain trusting relationships even in challenging situations. Are calm, stable, and professional in your approach. Work in a structured, goal-oriented, and solution-focused manner. Have good collaboration skills while being able to take independent responsibility and work autonomously. Have genuine commitment to young people's development and well-being. Have a B-class driver's license. Qualifications You have education as a social worker, behavioral scientist, treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, or equivalent qualification. It is particularly an asset if you have experience with: Crime prevention work. Young people with norm-breaking behavior or other risky behaviors. Collaboration with social services, schools, and other relevant actors.
