You report to the department head. Your work tasks include, among others: Drive, shape, develop, and coordinate the company's strategic sustainability work. With expertise and knowledge in, for example, GRI, CSRD, and EU taxonomy, contribute to the development and monitoring of the company's sustainability goals and be responsible for the company's sustainability reporting. Bring a strategic sustainability perspective to the company's various processes. Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business value and impact, and be relationship-building with good collaboration skills. Monitor and analyze changes in the external environment and assess how regulatory requirements affect the company in the short and long term. Create synergies and learning in the sustainability field together with other administrations and companies within the City of Stockholm. At Karlstads Energi, we are in the midst of exciting development where we are investing heavily in the grid of the future. We are expanding and strengthening the regional network with, among other things, new 130 kV installations and receiving stations – investments that create the conditions for new residential areas, businesses, industry, and a growing Karlstad. Now we are looking for a senior project manager who wants to take a central role in that development. You lead complex investment projects through the entire project lifecycle – from early feasibility studies and investigations to design, implementation, and completed facility. You lead project organizations, coordinate expertise, and drive progress together with contractors, consultants, authorities, landowners, and other stakeholders. It is a role where technology, societal benefit, and people come together. You create structure and direction, build trust, and get different expertise and perspectives to work toward the same goal. Responsibilities In your role as senior project manager, you are responsible for leading some of our larger investment projects within the regional network, with a focus on, among other things, 130 kV installations and receiving stations. The assignment involves holding together the project's entirety and driving progress through the entire process – from early investigations and design to implementation and completed facility. The work includes technical investigations, design, procurement and contracts, as well as monitoring of schedule, budget, quality, environment, and occupational health and safety. An important part of the role is to build and coordinate project organizations where internal specialists and external actors work together toward the same goal. Through structure, clear communication, and confident leadership, the right conditions are created for projects to succeed. The role also involves many and varied contact points. Karlstads Energi is represented in dialogue with, among others, authorities, municipality, landowners, contractors, and other stakeholders. Project status, budget, risks, and progress are communicated continuously to management and the board in a clear, relevant, and transparent manner. Qualifications For this role, we are seeking an experienced project manager with a background in power, energy supply, or other complex infrastructure. Experience leading major projects with many dependencies, actors, and stakeholders is important, as is confidence in matters relating to budget, schedules, procurement, contracts, and regulatory contacts. A relevant university or civil engineering degree in, for example, power, energy, or electrical engineering is desirable, but equivalent experience may also be relevant. Experience from regional networks, receiving stations, switchyards, or other high-voltage installations is particularly meriting. Experience with 130 kV, ESA, BAS-P/BAS-U, LOU, or work in municipal operations is also a plus. For us, the ability to lead is just as important as technical competence. We are therefore looking for a confident and experienced project manager who can provide direction in complex situations and bring people along. The ability to communicate well, make complex issues understandable, and adapt communication to different audiences is central to the role. A pedagogical, clear, and transparent approach combined with the ability to build trust and create good collaborations – from technical specialists and contractors to management and the board. Structure, drive, and a strong holistic perspective are important qualities, as is the ability to maintain direction even when circumstances change. Support Assistant/Caregiver for Disability Services

We are now recruiting 1-3 support assistants/caregivers for Disability Services at Lindesberg Municipality. Today there are 15 operations within disability services; group homes, service housing, short-term care, day activities, and several personal assistance groups. Lindesberg Municipality is a smoke-free workplace. 3 position(s). JOB DUTIES In our group and service housing facilities under LSS, adults with functional variations live in their own apartments and have the opportunity for social interaction in common areas. We create conditions for security, personal development, and good living conditions by offering support and services to individuals. The individual's right to participation and self-determination is a cornerstone in working with people with functional variations and permeates all operations. Through close work with the individual, great demands are placed on staff's respect for the person's integrity and autonomy. Job tasks that may occur include support with personal care, routine household tasks, support with leisure activities, and support in daily routines. The staff team consists of support assistants and caregivers. The positions include day/evening/weekend/night shifts and in some operations also on-call duties. QUALIFICATIONS You are engaged, empathetic, and confident in yourself with a great ability to read what is required in different situations. You must have great flexibility in your work approach as your job duties vary from day to day. Creating and following routines and structures for and with the individual is essential in working with people with functional variations, which requires that you are able to set boundaries and be a source of security for the individuals. You are trained in a people-care profession, for example as a nursing assistant or caregiver, or have training that is considered equivalent. Experience working in operations for people with physical and mental disabilities is a merit. A B-category driver's license is required and manual transmission is a merit.
