Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the Position We are seeking service-oriented and communicative customer service representatives for our client, where you will have the opportunity to work with customer service and support in the Swedish and Nordic market. In this role, you will be in contact with customers and partners, helping to resolve questions and cases in a professional and efficient manner. You will primarily work via email, phone, and chat. Responsibilities As a customer service representative, your main responsibilities will include: Handle customer cases and provide professional service Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and chat Manage internal and external communication Register and administer cases in various systems Contribute to a positive customer experience This is a full-time consultant position based in Stockholm. The assignment is initially for six months, with excellent opportunities for extension. Working hours are 08:00–17:00, and work on alternating weekends may occur. About You We are looking for someone with experience in customer service or customer support. You are comfortable communicating with different types of people and enjoy a role where you can help customers and find solutions to their questions and needs. We are looking for someone who has: Experience in customer service or support in a similar role Secondary school education Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Good knowledge of Norwegian, both spoken and written Good computer and system skills We also see that you work in a structured manner and can easily handle multiple cases in parallel. You are thorough and solution-oriented while ensuring quality and a pleasant manner of interaction.
