About the Role As an HR Business Partner, you work closely with managers and operations, playing a central role in day-to-day HR work. The role is broad and varied, with content that can be adapted based on your experience and strengths. You might come from a broad HR role, have worked more specifically with recruitment, or have experience in personnel-related work in another function. You support managers with questions related to recruitment, work environment, employee matters, structure, and development. The work includes both operational support in daily operations and opportunities to contribute to process and methodology development.
