What we're looking for We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. We consider it meritious if you have experience and/or training in diabetes, secondary prevention, and outpatient clinic work. Knowledge of the medical record system Cosmic and good IT skills are also meritious. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. As a person, we see that you are flexible, you adapt easily to changed circumstances, you have good collaboration skills where you both value and see the benefit of working with others. You are also structured, you take responsibility for your tasks, plan, organize, and prioritize your work in an efficient manner. Furthermore, we see that you have empathetic ability, you can put yourself in others' perspectives or situations without taking on their emotions. Putting forward suggestions for new ideas regarding work-related matters is viewed positively. What you will be working with As a nurse with us, you will conduct independent outpatient clinic work with information, advice, and preventive measures for patients with diabetes. The work tasks also include registration in quality registers. You will work 50% as a diabetes nurse and 50% at the medical clinic with customary tasks at a medical clinic. By mutual agreement, some weekend duty may be applicable. Start date by agreement. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
