Transport is essential to reach all of Sweden and we take responsibility from south to north, from countryside to big city. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact and you will be an important part of this, including being trained in fuel-efficient driving. Together we are working to become fossil-free by 2030. This position is a permanent employment with 100% employment rate with immediate start. Your varying working hours will be scheduled between 04:00-17:30, Monday to Friday. We apply a 6-month probationary period. You will be based at Fasadvägen 50. What You Will Do Loading, picking up, and distributing packages. Meeting our customers where they are. Whether they are parcel partners, private customers, or business customers. Who You Are Curious and self-driven: You do much of the work alone, but team spirit is important. Patient & confident: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You maintain balance. Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are key words. As well as order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time. Physically fit: Yes, you are seated while driving, but you need to be able to handle lifting during pickups and deliveries. For this, you need good strength and mobility. Adaptable: Unexpected situations require flexibility. Service-oriented: Customer relationships need the right attitude and touch. You are unique: We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
