What we're looking for
The position requires post-secondary education as a medical secretary/healthcare administrator or equivalent, as the work involves responsibility for patient-safe documentation within healthcare. Required skills include knowledge of the Swedish language and computer proficiency. It is advantageous if you have experience with the systems Cosmic, iHSAK, and IP.

Your responsibilities
As a medical secretary, we offer you varied and independent work within our Pediatric Clinic. Your main tasks consist of medical documentation including medical records and diagnosis coding. You will also handle routine secretarial duties such as managing Cosmic, iHSAK, VIS systems, and invoice processing. You will be part of a work group with other secretaries and clinic assistants. We work together to ensure a well-functioning clinic.

We offer you a permanent full-time position, daytime hours Monday to Friday. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
