Job Description As a prison and probation legal counsel, one of your main tasks will be to handle and make decisions in review cases where initial decisions have been made by the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's local facilities, including prisons and remand centers. You will also participate in work to coordinate and develop practices in prison and probation legal matters and be responsible for daily legal advice to local and regional levels. You represent the Swedish Prison and Probation Service in court proceedings concerning client decisions. You may also handle cases regarding compensation for damages.
