Region Uppsala is characterized by strong growth and the Property and Service department is an important part of this. At Property and Service, we have revenues of over one billion kronor and employ approximately 400 people. We develop, manage and maintain a floor area of over 760,000 square meters, from new advanced healthcare buildings to medieval castles. We also handle transportation and work with logistics solutions within Region Uppsala and are responsible for meal services for inpatients. Most of our customers are in healthcare and the largest customer is Akademiska Hospital. Our Operations
We are approximately 90 employees responsible for the operation and maintenance of Region Uppsala's properties. Operations Enköping consists of 6 operations technicians covering areas in and around the Enköping region. Operations Enköping handles daily operations within HVAC, cooling, medical gases, electrical, ventilation, controls and building in Region Uppsala's property portfolio.
Your Assignment
At Property and Service Region Uppsala, you will work in a healthcare environment and the work takes place within Region Uppsala's properties and facilities. You will receive varied, interesting and responsible work tasks in an environment with competent colleagues and a diversity of technical systems. Your primary responsibility is HVAC, cooling and medical gases, but you will also work on other property-related matters.
The work is varied, involves considerable problem-solving and you have great opportunity to manage your own work and suggest improvements where you see needs and opportunities. You will work with operation, supervision and maintenance as well as corrective maintenance.
The work also includes troubleshooting and emergency corrective measures on the properties' HVAC systems. The work also includes energy improvement measures.
In due course, you will be part of the on-call team.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for someone interested in building technology who enjoys a varied environment where you encounter both new and old, simple and complex.
• You have a sector certificate in HVAC
• You have several years of experience from similar work within HVAC
• You have system knowledge within HVAC
• You are comfortable using a computer as a work tool
• You speak and write very good Swedish
• You have a Class B driving license
Experience in property operations in general, such as ventilation systems, basic electrical knowledge, cooling, carpentry work, energy optimization, controls and regulation are advantageous.
Your Competencies
As a person, you have good social skills with a positive attitude and are responsive to customer needs. You have good prioritization skills and are quality-conscious in your work. You take responsibility for your own work while being accustomed to and enjoying working in a team.
Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.

The position is full-time, permanent with start date by agreement. Your main location is at Lasarettet in Enköping, where you start your workday, and you go out with a service vehicle to surrounding properties as needed. Work may occur throughout Region Uppsala's properties and areas.
