Job Description As a probation inspector in the supervision team, you work to support clients in living a life free from crime. An important part of the work is conducting regular meetings with clients and using methods based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). You are responsible for ensuring that clients comply with their sentence and for planning, coordinating, and following up on measures in the execution plan. The plan describes what actions should be taken to reduce the risk of recidivism. The work involves both monitoring and support. You work with clients who are conditionally released from prison or sentenced to protective supervision with monitoring.
