Automation Manager

About the Position We are now recruiting an Automation Manager for Spendrups Bryggeri in Grängesberg. Spendrups is one of Sweden's leading breweries with strong brands and modern production facilities. In this role, you will have a key position in developing the automation solutions of the future and will be responsible for leading and developing the automation operations within production. This is a direct recruitment and you will be employed by Spendrups Bryggeri. Responsibilities As Automation Manager, you are part of Spendrups' maintenance organization and have overall responsibility for the Automation Department. The department consists of approximately 17 employees and is responsible for electrical and automation-related maintenance in areas such as media, beer process, preparation, and filling. In the role, you combine strategic responsibility with operational presence to ensure high operational reliability, efficiency, and long-term development of electrical and automation systems. You lead and develop the team, create structure and direction, and drive improvement work within processes, work methods, and competence development. The role offers great opportunities to make an impact, drive change, and contribute to modern and sustainable production. Location: Grängesberg Scope: Full-time. Employment Type: Permanent position. Working Hours: 7-16 About You As a person, you are solution-oriented, analytical, and structured. You are communicative and relationship-building, with the ability to make decisions even under time pressure. You thrive in a dynamic environment where change is a natural part, and you have a strong commitment to developing both processes and people. Qualifications Engineering degree at the college or university level, preferably in automation, electrical engineering, or mechatronics, or equivalent experience Documented experience in leadership and change management Good technical knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and industrial networks Experience working with Lean and TPM Meritorious Experience leading operations with a fast pace Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational presence Experience developing employees through coaching leadership Experience driving improvement work with engagement and participation We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
