To meet both current and future skill needs, we are looking for more engaged subcontractors and consulting firms to join our network. We are looking for you as a business owner who wants access to new assignments, more customer contacts, and a long-term partnership with a local and personal partner. Skills We Are Seeking In the technology and engineering field, we are looking for, among others, designers, automation engineers, production and quality engineers, project managers, procurement specialists, project planners, and technical specialists and managers. In finance, we seek expertise in accounting, controlling, payroll, financial systems, and project controlling. We are also interested in finance managers, CFOs, and other interim consultants. In HR, we are looking for, among others, HR generalists, HR Business Partners, recruiters, payroll specialists, occupational health and safety specialists, change managers, and interim managers. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for you with documented experience in your field, who works independently and professionally and is confident in customer interactions. You run your own business with F-tax status or represent a consulting firm and are interested in assignments in Västerås and surrounding areas. We welcome both those who are available immediately and those who wish to establish contact for future assignments. Long-Term Partnership When you register in TIKKTAKK's network, we want to understand more than what is in your CV. We want to know which assignments you enjoy most, what expertise you want to use, and how you want to develop your business. Our ambition is to offer simple and transparent cooperation with relevant inquiries, clear terms, and open dialogue about assignments, availability, and compensation. As a subcontractor, you retain your independence while gaining access to TIKKTAKK's customer network, local presence, and sales efforts. About the Assignments Assignments can be shorter specialist efforts, longer consulting projects, or interim assignments on a full-time or part-time basis. Work can be performed on-site, in hybrid form, or remotely depending on customer needs. Placement is primarily in Västerås and surrounding areas. Travel may occur. Registration in the network does not guarantee any assignments. Content, scope, compensation, and other terms must be approved by both parties before presentation and assignment start.
