Attendo is now recruiting several nursing assistants for Hagalund in Linköping. Hagalund is a residential care facility with 48 places specializing in both somatic care and dementia care. The facility is centrally located and operated by Attendo on behalf of Linköping Municipality. About the Role As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a major part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that enrich everyday life for our elderly. Your tasks include: • Personal care according to the facility's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes. • Helping with, for example, preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc., when needed. • Performing documentation and working according to decided interventions. • Collaborating with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses and rehabilitation staff. Qualifications Requirements: • Nursing assistant training of at least 1350 credits. • Certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a letter from current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant. • Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written). • Good computer skills/computer experience.
