The clinic's mission is to provide specialized psychiatric care to adult citizens with severe mental health conditions in southern and western Sörmland. Work Tasks: Conduct psychiatric assessments through interviews to map current deficits in the form of symptoms, mood, vulnerability, and disease history • Use MINI, AUDIT, and DUDIT when needed. • Mandatory suicide risk assessment—clinical evaluation of suicidal thoughts, plans, and intentions according to current guidelines. • Check somatic status, vital parameters such as blood pressure, pulse, and any medication side effects. • Observe how the patient functions in daily life (ADL), living environment, sleep patterns, and nutrition. • Family/caregiver dialogue after consent has been given—involve and interview family or other important people in the patient's network (to understand a complete picture).
