About the position As a construction engineer with us, you will have a central role with tasks spanning the entire project implementation. You will work with schedules, procurement, engineering, production estimates, reconciliations, and forecasts. You will be challenged in problem-solving to meet the client's needs, which requires the ability to deliver solutions with a service-oriented attitude. You are expected to have financial awareness that ensures both the client's budget and Peab's business principles. As a construction engineer, you will project manage and make important decisions both independently and in collaboration with site managers who are formally responsible for the project. About you We are looking for someone who is driven, structured, and has a good ability to collaborate. To succeed in this role, you need to be solution-oriented and have a good understanding of construction processes and project management. You also need to be administratively strong, work carefully, maintain organization and order, and ensure that documentation and follow-up are of high quality. You have relevant education at university level or have built up equivalent competence through practical industry experience. It is advantageous if you have worked with project management or supervisory roles in the construction industry. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills. This is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period.
