About the Role As a 1st line support technician, you are the first point of contact for users who need help with IT-related questions. You work in a service desk where you handle incoming tickets via phone and ticketing system and help users quickly move forward with their work. The role suits you if you have already worked for a while in IT support and feel confident independently troubleshooting and handling common support tickets. Responsibilities In the role of 1st line support technician, you will work with, among other things: Handle incoming support tickets via phone, email, and ticketing system Provide technical support to users in Windows and Mac environments Account management in Active Directory Support and troubleshooting in Microsoft 365 Support for cloud services such as Azure or other cloud platforms Installation and troubleshooting of clients, applications, and peripherals Documentation of solutions in the ticketing system Escalate more complex tickets to 2nd line when needed Your Profile We believe you have worked approximately 1–2 years in IT support or a service desk and have developed a good foundation in helping users with technical problems. The assignment involves contributing to a robust and future-proof digital infrastructure for one of Sweden's most critical societal operations. As a domain architect, you will have a leading role in developing and coordinating the overall IT security architecture. You will work strategically with target architecture, roadmaps, and governance of the security domain, and ensure that our solutions are aligned across the entire organization.
