The work includes, among other things, personal care as well as household tasks such as cleaning and cooking. The position may also involve accompanying the client in various settings outside the home, and in the future there may be trips in connection with this. The client has assistance 24/7 and working hours include day, evening, night shifts and weekends. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who is warm, responsive and confident in yourself. You have a natural way of creating calm around you and enjoy working closely with another person. It's important that you have good collaboration skills and a respectful approach, and that you are responsible and reliable. Since the client's needs and daily activities can vary, it's important that you are flexible, adaptable and able to adjust quickly when the situation requires it. Experience in care and health services is a merit, but the most important thing is personal chemistry and your attitude.
