Your responsibilities will include: Promoting health through preventive and corrective measures Preventing, investigating, and addressing bullying and harassment Collaborating across professions within the school's student welfare team and throughout the school Working at individual, group, and organizational levels from a psychosocial perspective Contributing to the development of the school's safety and student welfare initiatives Working in accordance with applicable regulations and legislation Requirements for the position: Social work degree (Socionomexamen) Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written B-class driver's license Desirable qualifications: Experience as a counselor in upper secondary school Experience working in a student welfare team with collaboration with social services and child/adolescent psychiatric services (BUP) Competence in motivational interviewing and preventive mental health Experience working in a large school organization Experience leading development initiatives in student welfare Personal Qualities: We believe you have a genuine commitment to young adults' health and development. As a person, you are confident, skilled at building relationships, and have good collaboration abilities. You can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. You have strong self-leadership skills and thrive in a complex organization where you work proactively and preventively with all of the school's professionals.
