You will: • Guide the overall architecture and design of our Salesforce platform to support evolving business needs. • Partner with stakeholders across Epiroc to translate business goals into sustainable and effective solutions. • Collaborate with business analysts, application specialists, developers, and integration teams to deliver value across the organization. • Drive platform innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of Salesforce best practices. • Support and mentor teams working within the Salesforce landscape. • Help shape integration strategies and ensure seamless collaboration across our technology ecosystem. • Contribute to strategic discussions and decisions regarding the future development of the platform.
