About the Company Your Responsibilities We are now seeking staff for varying assignments in industry, sawmills, and warehousing. Work tasks may vary depending on the assignment but typically include common production work, material handling, forklift operation, and other practical tasks. Work often takes place at a fast pace where collaboration, responsibility, and flexibility are important parts of the day-to-day work. Your Background/Your Qualities We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone with the right attitude and willingness to work. You are responsible, driven, and enjoy working both independently and together with others. We would like to see that you: * Are flexible and enjoy varying work tasks * Have good work ethic and high attendance * Are thorough and safety-conscious * Feel comfortable in a practical work environment Previous experience from industry, warehousing, or production is a merit but not a requirement – what matters most is that you are engaged and willing to develop.
