The Assignment and Your Role Our organization is currently seeking a treatment pedagogue for evening and night shifts where you will become an important part of our work to create safety, stability, and support for our clients around the clock. Your assignment includes qualified care and motivational work where you contribute to creating a safe, calm, and structured environment during evenings and nights. You are responsible for ongoing supervision, supportive conversations, social and leisure-oriented activities, and meeting clients' needs as they arise. You work both independently and together with other colleagues to ensure safe treatment and living conditions. Documentation is a natural part of the work as well as collaboration with colleagues and other stakeholders regarding the client's care and treatment. Since everyone in the organization works together as a team, we share responsibility for creating the best conditions for each individual's change process. Your Profile and Background We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in healthcare, care, or social work, such as treatment pedagogue, treatment assistant, nursing assistant, or other education we consider equivalent. We would appreciate experience working with individuals who have substance abuse issues and mental health problems. As a person, you are secure, stable, and have a good ability to build trusting relationships. You are attentive, respectful, and can meet people with warmth even in challenging situations. You have the ability to motivate and support while being clear and confident in boundary-setting situations. We value employees who are engaged, responsible, and solution-oriented. You naturally participate in the further development of our organization and can work both independently and with others. We greatly value humor, compassion, and humanity and expect you to have genuine commitment to the people we meet. Meriting qualifications include education or experience in, for example, MI, ACT, relapse prevention, trauma, NADA, mindfulness, or other treatment methods. About Us Iris Ryfors is a specialized treatment unit for women with concurrent substance abuse issues and mental health problems where there is a need for targeted interventions to meet and treat symptoms of trauma and PTSD. We have 13 treatment places and our operations are located in a peaceful and naturally beautiful setting just outside Mullsjö. Iris Utvecklingscenter AB was founded in 1986 and is an employee-owned healthcare company with operations in Enköping, Simtuna, Hestra, Mullsjö, Ryfors, and Stockholm.
