HR Controller, Temporary Position

Your New Job As an HR Controller, you work with organization-wide analyses, statistics, calculations, and follow-ups within the HR field. You contribute with materials that support the development of the municipality's strategic and operational HR work. In this role, you work closely with HR functions both centrally and in the various departments, as well as with the Payroll Service and Finance Department. You are responsible for developing, analyzing, and presenting HR-related statistics and key figures, as well as identifying trends and development areas. You will also be an important part of the municipality's work with salary formation. The tasks include, among other things: job evaluation and salary mapping analyses and preparation of materials for action plans calculations before and during salary reviews analyses of the effects of agreements and employment terms support in organization-wide salary formation processes some system administration of the salary review module in Personec P. The position offers a varied day-to-day experience where you have the opportunity to combine qualified analytical work with collaboration and development of the municipality's HR processes. Your Expertise We are looking for someone who has: a university degree in HR, personnel science, economics, or another field that the employer deems relevant several years of experience in HR work within the field good knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. To succeed in the role, you need to have strong analytical abilities and be able to translate data and statistics into useful decision-making materials. You work in a structured and thorough manner and take responsibility for delivering high quality, whether you or others set the timeline. You find it easy to collaborate, build good relationships, and work in a large organization with many different operations and contact points. At the same time, you have a holistic perspective and can see how different efforts contribute to the municipality's common mission.
