About the Position As a surveying engineer, you will work with surveying and geodata throughout the community development process. The focus of the role is on demarcation-related surveys and property matters. Your responsibilities include: - Property demarcation surveying and boundary-related assignments - Surveys, staking out, and location control - Surveying for new building maps and base maps - Analysis and quality assurance of geodata - Interpretation of property records from the Swedish Land Survey - Collaboration with project managers, developers, contractors, and authorities Qualifications We are looking for someone with: - Education in land surveying, surveying technology, geomatics, or other education that the employer deems equivalent - Experience from municipal operations or a land survey authority - At least five years of experience in qualified surveying work - Experience with property demarcation surveying or similar work related to property formation - Very strong ability to read, interpret, and analyze property records from the Swedish Land Survey - Good knowledge of GNSS, total stations, and modern surveying methods - Valid driver's license (Category B) - Excellent verbal and written Swedish Meritorious Qualifications It is advantageous if you have: - Experience with drone operations and drone-based surveying, and drone certification/license according to applicable regulations - Experience with databases and database management - Experience with maintenance of control networks - Experience with FME and automation of geodata processes - Knowledge of real estate law and property investigations Personal Qualities We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
